Rainbow Celebration

Europride Night - party baroque
The baroque gem, built as the Imperial Stables in 1720 by Fischer von Erlach, is currently Europe's largest cultural construction site. However, it will be finished just in time for the big final event of Europride 2001: the new Vienna Museums Quarter.

CSD Vienna has succeeded in establishing Europride Night - the big party at the night of Europride 2001 - as part of the two-day opening programme of the Museums Quarter. This final party of Europride 2001, hosted together with the Kunsthalle Vienna, guarantees a night seldom experienced by the capital on the Danube.

Europride Night starts with "moving" from the Heldenplatz, on which the Celebration, the great final event of this year's Parade, takes place, to the Museums Quarter.

Europride Night is officially opened at 11 p.m. From then on, it's dance till you drop on three floors: on the Disco Floor, on which tribute will be paid to the hits and sounds of the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s. DJs Rocco & Balboa and Dr. John Doe guarantee an ecstatic armosphere.

The Technofunk & Organic House Floor is a must for all dancing aficionados - a floor on which well-known DJs, among them Romeo and Wass and Xela L., will play techno and house.

The atmosphere on the third floor will be a bit out of the ordinary but no less hot. The Deep Grooves & Funky Freestyle Floor will shake with the the fast rhythmic beats of the two DJs Scott and Levi.

At 1.30 a.m. we will presenting a trailer with the highlights of Europride, directly from the cutter's desk.

And if anyone wants to relax a little in between - the ticket to Europride Night doubles as admission to the exhibition "A Baroque Party", which will be open until midnight that night.
